Yes. We charge a one-off registration fee to begin your bespoke property search. This confirms your commitment and allows us to represent you fully—sourcing homes, negotiating deals, and guiding you through the process.
We’re also often paid a referral fee by the developer, which means you get a full, high-touch service without any ongoing cost to you.

We operate on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis. Meaning if for ever reason your property purchase does not complete, you pay us no fees, other than the registration fee.
